In Paul’s own words.

“I was born a builder. From the age of nine, I watched my dad build custom homes. Ten years later, I achieved my goal of becoming a ticketed journeyman carpenter. From there, I branched out into commercial construction. Here's why:

In the final year of my apprenticeship, the instructor drew a circle on the chalkboard. He explained: The circle represents our knowledge as builders. He said, “You don't want to have two feet inside the circle—because then you stop learning and growing. And you never want to have two feet outside the circle—because then you have no experience to draw from.” He said, “Keep one foot in your circle of experience, and one foot out. Then you will keep growing and learning as a builder.”

In 2003, after years of commercial construction, I started my own construction company. Since then, I have completed dozens of construction projects, including custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects.
