Great square footage means you need a great design.

From the time of purchase there was never a question if this home had enough space or square footage for a family of four. It had already received a large addition in the 1990’s and was plenty big enough. The question presented to me at time of purchase is how do we make the best use of the space we already had. Poor design choices made in the past renovations had to be changed. For example, why would a 1500 square feet bungalow have two stairwells? So I went to work! We eliminated a stairwell, created a large walk in closet with a comfortable ensuite for the master suite, a beautiful accessible walk though kitchen, cut through existing concrete foundation to have a heated attached garage, installed heated floors through out the basement and turned this normal bungalow into a happy and very comfortable space for a family of 4 or larger if needed.
