Every project begins with an idea…

From the moment we looked at this property I had an idea. There was a old 1000 square foot bungalow on the property, but I noticed potential in the inner city location. I grabbed my ladder and climbed up on the roof and there it was, the ability to have downtown views with a new 2 story house and that’s exactly what we achieved. With the good view in place I wanted to bring one of my favorite building materials into this modern home, concrete. From the custom concrete fireplace in the living room to 4’x10’ concrete kitchen island to the custom front walkway and planter, concrete was a main feature in this home. When concrete is brought together with warm building materials like stripped oak cabinetry, bamboo floors and cedar a truly unique and beautiful home can be created.
